Two years ago my mom was diagnosed with a bad heart. Her heart often races and has rapid palpitations. The scariest part is that she can go into cardiac arrest or have a Heart Attack at any moment. There’s a website, InsideCardiacArrest.com, that provides people with information so that they can better understand sudden cardiac arrest and the potential dangers of it. Although my family lives with this fear every day, I will admit that there are a lot of things that I still don’t understand about the heart.
