Last month I decided that the beginning of this month would mark the start of some healthier eating. No, not dieting, just eating healthier foods. I figure that dieting is so hard because it’s so regimented. My thought was that if I removed that aspect of things it would be easier to stick with it. I don’t want to stress over dieting and exercise. I just want to cut those bad foods out of my life so that I can have more energy. Eventually I would love to start working out but right now that’s just not my priority. I’ve also thought about taking some vitamins and supplements. I’m not sure where to start with that. Most of the people that I know are all about dieting and diet pills. They can tell me about Hydroxycut hardcore but they’re clueless when it comes to vitamins. I guess I have to research those on my own.
