Today is the first day of a new month so you know what that means, right? No, not that!! It means that everyone will be starting a new diet. I don’t know what it is about the first of the month but everyone chooses that day to make a go at losing weight. Myself included. The one thing that’s different for everyone is the way that they choose to lose the weight. Some people rely solely on exercise, some use a combination of diet and exercise and some also use wieght loss pills. I myself have never really used weight loss pills but I have tried the other methods. Which method do you like best? Or maybe you combine two or more?
