Tired of Dieting!!!!
I think I’ve given up on dieting. I don’t think it works for me. I can’t be forced to eat a certain way. I would rather eat in a way that’s healthy and easy for me to stick with. Some people find it easy to eat several different meals a day to keep their metabolism working fast. That doesn’t work for me. I can barely force myself to eat three meals a day. The problem with me is that the meals that I eat usually aren’t healthy meals. So even though I might only eat once a day, whereas someone else might eat a few times a day, I really don’t lose weight.
I think my metabolism is all screwed up. I notice that my weight seems to stay the same whether I eat a lot or a little. Maybe those people who say you have to eat to lose weight are right. I wish it was easier for me to eat three healthy meals a day, plus snacks. Maybe I’d have the energy to exercise more. Sometimes it seems like buying the best diet pills on the market would be easier than eating healthy and exercising.
