What Works For You…

I think I’ve finally gained some perspective about losing weight. It took a really long time for me to get to this point but I’m happy that I have. I no longer have a desire to be skinny. I don’t think it’s in my DNA. I’m just going to settle for getting in shape. I’m sure if I worked out every day and gave up every food that I like, I could probably be the size that society thinks I should be, but never mind that. Working out every day isn’t in my DNA either.

I feel so much happier now that I’ve gotten rid of that notion of being skinny. Healthy beats skinny every day. I’m glad that I’ve read a lot about diets and checked out articles online about diet pills reviewed, because now I know what I need to do. I think it’s about figuring out what works for you. I think I finally have.
