Losing Weight Slowly…
I weighed myself after fasting this week and I’ve lost some weight. I’m not getting too excited about that because I know that it’s mostly water weight. Hopefully I wont gain all of the weight back once I start eating again. I’m still a vegetarian, I eat healthy and I exercise daily, so hopefully that’s enough to help me to continue losing the weight that I want to lose. I also haven’t been “staving” myself. I’ve been doing a liquid fast. I really don’t recommend that fast to anyone, but I felt like I needed to do it. I definitely look forward to breaking the fast though.
I need to get back into the swing of working out for extended periods of time again. I could only workout for 30 minutes a few times a week on the fast. I didn’t have much energy at all. I’m glad I’m losing weight the hard way. I could have just did like other people and got liposuction or started taking weight loss diet pills, but I chose to do things at a healthy pace. I hope it pays off in the long run.
