Dieting Support…
I recently started my diet again and it’s actually going pretty good. I’m not getting too cocky though because I always start off good. I just have a hard time sticking with it. I think I need to join one of those diet sites and take it seriously. I always hear that people have more success with weight loss when they have a friend or support system. Right now my only support system is my mom. She’s pretty great about supporting me and we encourage each other. We’re both trying to get healthier.
I’ve been trying to eat three healthy meals per day. So far that’s been going pretty good. The only thing I haven’t managed to start doing is exercising. I used to work out every day but I’ve lost a lot of that motivation. If I had a treadmill in my house I would probably be more motivated to exercise. I think I may try to buy one soon. I need all of the help I can get!
