Losing The Weight Slowly…
I’ve decided that I’m going to start working out again on Monday. Although I’ve been eating right I haven’t been getting much exercise at all. I think I’ve become a lot lazier with my new job. I’m always sitting down when I’m working so it’s not like I really get a chance to be very active. I’m going to start off slow because I don’t want to get frustrated or overwhelmed with working out. I think I’ll do about 30 minutes for six days a week. I want to take Sundays off to recuperate. I read somewhere that you shouldn’t exercise every day. I may take Saturday off as well. Or cut the exercise time in half. I have to see how I feel.
It would be nice if I was one of those people who experience quick weight loss, but I’m not. I’m going to have to bust my butt (literally) to get these 20 pounds off before Spring. I think I can do it though if I stay focused and work hard!
