Veg Nutrition
I’m so tired and groggy this morning. I’m not sure why since I went to sleep around 10 last night. It makes no sense. It seems as if I’ve been more tired lately now that my sleeping pattern is somewhat on track. I think it has something to do with the way that I’ve been eating and the fact that I haven’t taken my vitamins lately. I was getting up every morning and eating healthy cereal then taking my vitamins, but I haven’t done that in about a week.
I don’t care what anyone says, I think vitamins really help. Especially since I’m a vegetarian. I need all of the best vitamin supplements I can get to make up for a lot of the vitamins and nutrients I’m missing by not eating any type of meat. I feel so much better not eating meat, but I definitely need to be more consistent with the vitamins and supplements that I’m supposed to be taking daily. Vegetarians need proper nutrition!
