Last Minute Dieting
I’ve been a crash dieter for a while now and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s just not working for me. As if it works for anyone, right? I need to find something that does because no matter how good I eat or how much I exercise I’m just not seeing the results that I want. I don’t think it should take this long to lose 20 pounds. It seems as if I can’t lose more than 5 pounds at any given time. That’s just not good enough for me.
I’m going to have to kick things up a notch. I don’t want to be like everyone else and call myself starting a diet in May to get ready for the summer. Although it’s almost March already so I guess I’m still kind of behind. I’m going to do some research online. I need to eat foods and do exercises that are known to be fat burners. There has to be things that I can do to boost my metabolism in order to lose weight.
