Lack Of Willpower…

I have no willpower at all when it comes to dieting. I was supposed to start my diet on Monday and I did pretty good Monday and Tuesday, but today I did horribly. I ate so much food. I didn’t have breakfast today, but this afternoon I ate Chinese food (vegetable lo mein and rice) for lunch, then I ate the leftovers for dinner. This evening I also had some fruit punch juice and chips. Ugh. I’m such a fatty. I’m never going to lose weight eating that type of food.

It’s funny because I’ve been a vegetarian for about nine months but I’m still not losing weight because the meat has been replaced by other fatty foods and snacks. That’s no good. I really didn’t give up meat to lose weight, but I did hope that by giving up meat I would get healthier. Fail. I don’t know how to get motivated enough to lose weight. Maybe I should start looking into top rated diet pills to see what they have to offer. I have no idea where to start.
