Holding Things Down…
I just found out today that my mom is going to have to be out of work for a while. I feel conflicted about it. In a way I’m happy because she’s sick a lot and she could definitely use the break, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little worried about the financial aspect of things. That will be less income around here. I’m not too concerned because we’ve been through a lot worse. Plus I know that things always work out for the best if you have faith. I’m sure we’ll have to cut back on a few things and make some sacrifices but that’s cool. Life is about sacrifices!
It’s funny because a few months ago we were trying to figure out how to include life insurance in our budget and now we’re going to have to worry about things that are immediately important. Hopefully she’ll get to rest for a while and I can pick up some more work to make up the difference. That’s what family is for!
