Lovers Redux

I think I posted a video of this guy one time on my Tumblr, but I definitely had to post about him on here as well. The video I posted on Tumblr was of him painting Jill Scott. This is one of his newest painting called Lovers Redux. It’s of Sade and it’s pretty amazing. I feel so inspired and in awe after watching his videos. They really inspire me to get out of my funk and start being creative again. I love how all of his painting from this series have a similar feel to them. I definitely want to do something like this in the future. Loves it!!!

Need Those Nails!!!!

I love this guy! He does the best makeup videos. I know. Moving on… I came across this video on his site and I’m definitely buying this stuff to try these out. If you don’t know by now, I have a major obsession with nail polish and design, so I’m looking forward to experimenting with different polishes and tools. For the most part I buy polishes and draw my own designs or I use the little stickers, so it will be cool to see how this stencil thingy will work for me. I have to remember to buy some Art Deco or get a small polish brush for designs. Check out his video!!

Waking Up In Vegas!!!

You guys probably know that I’m an art buff, so I wanted to start posting things on this site from time to time. I found this guy on Youtube last year and subscribed to his channel. He’s so amazing. He just posted a new video so I wanted to share it with you guys. This is a time-lapse production from start to finish of a Katy Perry painting done by Nick San Pedro. It’s inspired by her new song and video “Waking Up in Vegas”.

I Love Funny Tees

I think everyone has a favorite article of clothes. I notice most people seem to love jeans. Jeans are great because you can wear them for almost anything. Not to mention they are super comfortable. The only thing that people prefer as much as jeans are T-shirts. I love wearing T-shirts around the house or with my favorite pair of jeans. My favorite kind of tees are the ones with funny pictures, sayings and quotes. I think they’re a good conversation starter and they’re also fun to wear. I’ve seen some pretty funny t-shirts over the years and I’m always entertained by them. If you’re looking for an easy way to attract attention or start a conversation, use a funny T-shirt. You can’t go wrong.
