Miracle The Builder

Sometimes I wish I was encouraged to do more things when I was growing up. For instance, I really loved to build things when I was younger, but I never had anything to build. My cousin and I would take apart his toy trucks and then rebuild them the way we wanted them to go. I was doing that at 7. I can’t imagine what I could have built if I was able to go to some kind of hobby shop to discover new things. I could have built model planes, toys, kites.. anything. Well, they say that you’re never too old to learn new things, so maybe one day I’ll still give building things a shot!.

Adobe Photoshop CS3

If you’re into web design, which most of us who have websites are, you might want to pick up the new Adobe Photoshop CS3 software. About two years ago, I owned Adobe Photoshop CS or either Adobe Illustrator, I forget which one, but I found them a little difficult to figure out. Granted I didn’t dedicate much time to learning the program, but you know. As of right now, I’m more of a Jasc Paint Shop Pro kind of gal. I’m aware that Adobe is the superior software, but I just like PSP better. I also own Adobe Photoshop 7, I believe. Rarely ever is it used. At any rate, the Adobe Photoshop CS3 software is ideal for photographers, graphic designers, and web designers, the professional standard delivers new features such as automatic layer alignment and blending that enable advanced compositing. It also offers a streamlined interface and new time saving tools make your work flow faster. Oh, I should mention that the cheapest I’ve seen this software is 500$!

Idol Chat : AI Top 10 Review

Here are my opinions of the American Idol Top 10s performances of “Songs by No Doubt and artist who’ve inspired Gwen Stefani“. This is in order of performances. The ratings are on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.

LaKisha Jones sang “Last Dance” by Donna Summer. I don’t think it was her best performance, but she has an amazing voice and can’t really do anything wrong. I loved the fact that she did an uptempo song and showed that she can move as well as sing. Besides that, she looked hot!StarStar

Chris Sligh sang “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic” by The Police. Why. That’s really the only question I have. Out of all of the songs he could pick from, why pick this one? He sounded really off.StarStar

Gina Glocksen sang “I’ll Stand By You” by The Pretenders. I love this song and she did an amazing job with it. Her voice is so perfect for this song.Star

Sanjaya Malakar sang “Bathwater” by No Doubt. I love this song, but WTF was that crap? It was horrid. You know it’s bad when the original singer says “Good Luck” and “I feel for him”. Horrible. His hair went along with his performance. They were both impossible to witness.Star

Haley Scarnato sang “True Colors” by Cyndi Lauper. This sucked too. It wasn’t as bad as SanWTFever’s song, but it was not good. Not at all. It was OK, I guess. But nothing better than that. How can you ruin such a good song.Star

Phil Stacey sang “Every Breath You Take” by The Police. I love this song and I love Sting! He did a really great job. I really enjoyed his performance. He has a great voice.Star

Melinda Doolittle sang “Heaven Knows” by Donna Summer. I’m not really a fan of this song, but Melinda sounded great, as usual. Just like LaKisha, she can’t really do anything wrong. I would have given her a 5, but the song isn’t my favorite.StarStar

Blake Lewis sang “Love Song” by The Cure. It was boring. I don’t know what else to say about it. It was OK, just boring. He’s a pretty good singer, but the song was kind of a lame choice.Star

Jordin Sparks sang “Hey Baby” by No Doubt. I love this song and I love Jordin. With that said, the two should have never met. This was kind of hard to watch and listen to. Jordin really screwed herself with this. Very bad song choice. Jordin gets by on her cuteness though. I still love her.StarStar

Chris Richardson sang “Don’t Speak” by No Doubt. This is one of my favorite songs ever. He did it no justice. It was not good at all. I didn’t think anything could be worse than Sanwtfever and Haley, but this was. Great song choice, bad vocals.StarStar

Joss And Raphael Picture

The image below is part of the artwork that appears in Joss Stone’s new album and it’s been getting a lot of attention. Here’s what Joss had to say about the picture, which I happen to love, of her and her rumored boyfriend Raphael Saadiq.

Raphael let me use his studio. I said to him, “I have an idea.” He’s kind of conservative. I’m really not. I said, “Raphael I want you to…” [laughs] when I explain this to you you’re gonna be like, “this is f*cked up,” like he was. But he had to trust me. So I said, “Raphael I want to be painted and basically I want my body to be a canvas for this man, and I want you to be part of the picture. So, I’m going to sit on you [laughs] and he’s going to paint us so we look like one picture.” He was like, “Ok I feel what you’re saying but this is going to look real sexual.” I said, “If it looks sexual I won’t put it on there because that’s not the idea. If it looks sexual then we’ve done it wrong.”

I want it to say this: He is 40-year old man. I am a 19-year old girl. He’s Black. I am white. He’s American. I am English. He’s from Oakland. I’m from Devon. Completely different people when you look at it on a piece of paper written down. But actually we’re one in the same. Two minds that just kind of mix together. Musically, I’ve found my same mind. He just had the fingers to make it happen. I don’t know how to play bass. I’ve found him. So I feel musically and artistically, it combines us as one. So there’s this one picture when you take out the CD and it’s just me and him painted together and it looks like we’re kind of connected.
