Sporty Girl

Anyone who knows me know that I’m a huge basketball fan. I’ve loved basketball for as long as I can remember. I don’t remember a time when I didn’t love to watch the games and root for my favorite teams. When I was younger I used to watch all the major sports with my uncle, but basketball was my favorite. I also used to love the Yankees and Giants as well. Now that I’m older I don’t watch those two sports much, but I still enjoy the hype surrounding the Superbowl and stuff like that.

The only thing I ever hear about concerning football lately is Tim Tebow. Not sure what he did to suddenly become so popular, but he has me considering looking online for 2012 NFL shop coupons so I can purchase his jersey and other merchandise. I want to be in the cool crowd too! ;P

I’m sorry, but this is so hilarious. She has Tyra down. And the smizing is on point too. I’d definitely trade Tyra for Chescaleigh any day!

Musically: A Sad Song

A song that you listen to when you’re sad: It really depends on the reason that I’m sad. If I’m just sad or disappointed about something I listen to whatever I have loaded to play. But if I’m depressed or going through some kind of heartbreak I tend to listen to sad songs. I know that probably doesn’t make much sense. Most people listen to cheerful music when they’re sad so they can be happy. I feel better when I listen to sad music.

The artist I listen to the most right now where I’m happy or sad is Adele. She just does something for me. I also listen to Mariah, who’s my favorite singer. If I need an emotional lift I listen to Jeremy Camp. He’s also one of my favorites. This is one of his songs that I love a lot.

Love? Happens…

I’ve been watching the new Jennifer Lopez video for the past two days, so I had to post it on here, of course. I’m sure most of you have probably seen it already. If not, you’re missing out. I love this video! Although I’m a huge J.Lo fan, I honestly haven’t liked much of her music since the “This Is Me… Then” album. Actually, I don’t even think I like the song “Papi,” I really just love the music video. It makes the song grow on you. She looks so adorable in the video and the concept is awesome. All I need to know is where can I get a cookie like that?!! I’m still waiting for my “Papi” too. ;-}
