Confidence In What I Buy

I love the Internet so much. I don’t know where I would be without it. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times daily I search for something and find great answers. There have been a few things that I couldn’t find, but for the most part I can find answers to anything I may want to know. That would be impossible without the Internet. Today I’ve been using the Internet to search for a new phone. I love being able to read reviews before I settle on one thing. Honestly, reading a review usually determines whether I buy something or not. A bad review is a real deterrent.

Case in point, if you were thinking of buying Natadrol, reading Natadrol reviews online would make you think twice. I’m not too familiar with the product, but the review that I read made me question it a lot. I like to have confidence in products that I buy, and a bad review can be a deal breaker for sure.

Finally, a Print!!

My cousin came to my house this weekend and I finally got to see her baby again after many months. It’s amazing how big he’s gotten. He’s the cutest/funniest looking little guy ever. He’s seven months and getting into everything. He crawls and stands really well and loves to laugh. He has such a good spirit. Besides getting to see and hold him, I also got a new picture of him. They took him to have pictures taken with the Easter bunny and my cousin gave me an 8×10 to keep. I love it!

I’m looking forward to adding his picture to my collection of family portraits. It’s nice to have an actual picture because everyone has digital cameras and cell phones now so they just posts pictures on Facebook instead of ordering prints. Now all I have to do is check out some personalized baby picture frames that will look nice with his picture so I can hang it on my wall. I can’t wait!

No Surprises Here…

I was surfing the Internet this morning, which lead me to the conclusion that some sort of country music awards must have aired last night. Every entertainment site I go to has a picture of Taylor Swift with her fake surprised face. Don’t get me wrong, I actually love Taylor Swift and country music, but it’s so boring. The award shows I mean. Taylor Swift always wins the big award of the night and is completely shocked and overwhelmed. Really? Practice a new face, girl!

The other big winners are never a shock either. You always know Taylor, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton will win the biggest or most awards. Is it even surprising? It’s not like pop music where there are more choices. Sometimes Beyonce wins, sometimes Gaga, sometimes Katy Perry, sometimes Rihanna. Who knows. I like that better than knowing who’s going to win every time. Unless it’s Adele. She should win everything, every time. No questions!

Kinda Over It!!

I think sometime when I wasn’t looking I became a tomboy. Or maybe I became a frustrated woman. Either way, I’ve definitely changed. When I was in my teens I was all about being girlie and pretty in pink. Now I could care less. I still get a little excited when I see pink clothing in my closet, but gone are the days when I try to dress up and look pretty. Now I just grab whatever feels comfortable. Maybe I’ve been single too long.

I guess if I was dating or in a relationship I’d put more into what I wear. Maybe I’d even buy sexy night gowns and lingerie corsets to make myself feel good. But since I’m not, I’m content with sleeping in old T-shirts. I just couldn’t care less about getting dolled up on most days. I’m a fan of natural beauty and comfort! And no, that’s not why I’m single!! LOL
