I hate living in this old house of mine. There really isn’t one thing about my home that I like. Not one. I hate the location, I dislike the neighbors, I hate the fact that we don’t have central air conditioning! It’s 2008!! You know how bad it is to live in a house without central air conditioning? It’s horrible. Especially with the weather the way it is now. We’ve been having so many high humidity hundred degree days this summer. July is half way over but we still have all of August to contend with. I’m really hoping to be in a new house by 2009. I can’t imagine spending one more year in this home. After nearly ten years of living here I’m definitely ready to call some mortgage lenders and see how we can get a new home for the new year. One that has central air!

I think it’s funny that I talk to a lot of women and most of them say that they lose the desire to eat food during the summer. They say the heat makes them not want to eat food most days. I wish that was my experience. So far my eating habits have been the same this summer as they are during the rest of the year. The only thing that’s different is I have less of a desire to cook because it’s so hot. So for some people that might translate into eating less but for me that just means I eat more of the wrong things. I think I’ve had more fast food this summer than I’ve had all year. That’s definitely not good. By the winter time I’m going to be needing some generic Phentermine to get rid of the extra pounds that I’ve packed on. I can’t wait until the summer is over!!!

I’m really thinking about blocking all of the advertisements that come to my email inbox from beauty companies. Lately I’ve been on this kick where I feel compelled to buy tons of different beauty products. I’ve recently been spending a lot of money on products that smell good or are fun to wear. Those things are usually body lotions and butters, splash, lip gloss, and other things of that nature. What can I say, I love my beauty products. I don’t feel too bad when I buy things because I always try to look for different deals and sales before I buy. That’s why I need to block those companies from contacting me. Most of the time I don’t even know about a sale until I get an email telling me how much I can save. I don’t care what anyone says, those things make you want to shop! Until I can resist the sale advertisements I think I should just block them!

I was watching this television show and they were discussing the differences between laptops and desktop computers. Judging by everything that they said it seems like a better idea to own a laptop. The laptops are more energy efficient and use less resources. My only problem with laptops would have to be the hard drives. I haven’t been able to find a laptop that offers as much hard drive space as I need. I own a lot of music and media and I need as much room as possible to store these things. I guess an external hard drive would be a good option but I really love the hard drive that I have with my desktop computer. One thing I’m not sure about is laptop memory. I wonder how laptop memory compares to desktop memory. I really need to look into that before I decide.

I’m so bored right now. I’m not sure why I even have time to be bored since I have so much work to do. In addition to cleaning my room for the third month in a row I’m planning on doing something to my hair after this weekend. I’ll have company over this weekend so I hope to be able to start my hair on Sunday night. I’m probably crazy for attempting the style I’m going to do but I’m excited. Right now I don’t really feel like doing anything except for relaxing. I wish it was still basketball season so that I could catch a game. I love basketball. Maybe I need to finally buy a xbox 360 or some other game system so that I can play basketball on there when I’m bored. I wonder how much time I’d actually have for that though!
