Car Woes
May 8th, 2012 Posted 11:39 pm
My cousin is having some serious car woes right now. Her car has been running hot and leaking something or another. She took the car to be looked at and the guy said she needed a new water pump and something else. LOL you can tell I know nothing about cars. All I know is that the work will cost more than she paid for the car, so she doesn’t think it’s worth it. What’s funny to me is that she can get the parts for cheap, but they want to charge her an arm and a leg for labor. If she can’t find someone else to fix it she’s considering junking it. I don’t think that’s the best option, but I guess she’s just frustrated. I don’t blame her though. She needs so many things done. If things continue to break, she’ll probably be online looking for a Beck Arnley air filter eventually. That’s if she doesn’t already need one!

Change Batteries Now!!
April 27th, 2012 Posted 9:06 pm
I love digital cameras, but I wish there was a way to use all of them without batteries. I don’t know if it’s just the Canon camera that I use, but that thing sucks the life out of batteries. There have been so many times when I changed the batteries, turned on the camera and took a few pictures, and that was it. The little “change batteries now” message comes on the screen, and the camera shuts off. Dead. Just like that. It’s ridiculous. I’ve even tried rechargeable batteries and the same thing happens. I need batteries that are going to do something. I’ve tried Duracell batteries before, but maybe I need to try Duracell Procell AA batteries next time. I need something that will at least last for a few days, because having a camera die in the middle of taking pictures is annoying.

Return of Peace
April 20th, 2012 Posted 1:06 pm
I think it’s amazing how one person can make things really bad for everyone else. We have these neighbors who are so noisy! Ever since they moved into the neighborhood everything has changed. Before they came it was so peaceful and now it’s just chaos most of the time. I have a strong desire to buy one of those cheap yard signs that have very direct messages on them to show them how I truly feel. Something like “Stay Away” or “Be Quiet” or “Respect Your Neighbors!”… or something. But the funny thing is, it’s not even the neighbors themselves that are causing the problems. It’s their son that comes to visit them. SMH. I know for a fact he’s the problem because he’s been gone for a while and it’s been so quiet lately. I don’t know where he went but I hope he stays there for a long time! I enjoy the peace and tranquility!

Confidence In What I Buy
April 20th, 2012 Posted 12:31 pm
I love the Internet so much. I don’t know where I would be without it. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times daily I search for something and find great answers. There have been a few things that I couldn’t find, but for the most part I can find answers to anything I may want to know. That would be impossible without the Internet. Today I’ve been using the Internet to search for a new phone. I love being able to read reviews before I settle on one thing. Honestly, reading a review usually determines whether I buy something or not. A bad review is a real deterrent.
Case in point, if you were thinking of buying Natadrol, reading Natadrol reviews online would make you think twice. I’m not too familiar with the product, but the review that I read made me question it a lot. I like to have confidence in products that I buy, and a bad review can be a deal breaker for sure.
