Beautifully-Human

I hate living in this old house of mine. There really isn’t one thing about my home that I like. Not one. I hate the location, I dislike the neighbors, I hate the fact that we don’t have central air conditioning! It’s 2008!! You know how bad it is to live in a house without central air conditioning? It’s horrible. Especially with the weather the way it is now. We’ve been having so many high humidity hundred degree days this summer. July is half way over but we still have all of August to contend with. I’m really hoping to be in a new house by 2009. I can’t imagine spending one more year in this home. After nearly ten years of living here I’m definitely ready to call some mortgage lenders and see how we can get a new home for the new year. One that has central air!

This week has been a really great Spring week. All of the days have been really cool and sunny and I’ve definitely been loving how great it feels inside and outside. Then all of a sudden today gets really cold. It was so cold that we even had to turn on the heat. I was really surprised by that since the rest of the week has been so nice. One place that was pretty nice today is Missouri. While we were having a cold and rainy day, they were having better weather. If tomorrow is crappy here and nice there I’m going to have to consider uprooting my home and moving it to one of those big Branson lots that they have in Missouri. That way I’ll be able to keep my house but I’ll be in a better place!

The weather where I live is being really strange again. Usually the problem is that it’s cold one day and then hot the next, but this time the problem is that the sun shines so brightly that you’re under the impression that it’s warm but when you get outside it’s actually only 11 degrees. In fact it was even snowing here yesterday. I hate the snow. I’m not looking forward to getting that last bit of winter snow before the Spring comes. In fact I would like to go on vacation right now just so that I can miss out on it. I’m not sure where I’d like to stay, but I know I would be so happy if I could stay at a great Branson property resort. That would be so relaxing. Most of all, the weather there is better than it is here.

Today is a cold and wet day and I hate it. I usually love days like this but today it feels so dreary out. I’m actually one of the few people in the world that prefers days like this over sunny days. I’m not a warm weather type of person. I would much rather be in a cool climate. That’s why when most of you are enjoying your summer vacations in Florida on a beach, I’m enjoying my vacation in a fun cabin some place. I love lodges, cabins and rental homes that are in small towns. It gives me a chance to go hiking, camping, fishing and things of that nature. I love cabin resorts like you find at Pigeon Forge cabins. They offer things you just can’t get on a beach!
