A Bad Bed Means Bad Sleep

I can’t wait until my mom gets her tax refund check. This year she’s buying me a new bed. I’m so happy because I really didn’t want to pay for it myself. Actually, she’s buying a new bed set for both of us. I’ve been planning to buy a new bed set for a while now because I’m allergic to the bed that I have. I’m not sure what the mattress is made of or what’s inside of it, but for some reason I always itch when I sleep on it. It had gotten so bad that I had to put my mattress in a huge plastic bag, a vinyl bed protector and a cotton mattress protector just so I wouldn’t itch.

After seeing all of those news specials when they talk about people reselling mattresses and doing weird things with them I’m scared to think what’s in my mattress. We’re planning to get our beds from a popular mattress place this time, so hopefully the quality will be better. I don’t want to have to keep buying allergy bedding because I can’t sleep on my mattress without breaking out. That’s not good at all. =/

Cool Truck!

Today was a pretty good day. I didn’t feel too good (women stuff ;P), but I still made the best of the day. A few members of my family came over to my house today to hang out. They didn’t stay very long, so that was great. Ha. My aunt wanted to come to my town with her husband to see if he could buy a car. Right now they only have a truck and it’s been difficult for them to both go back and forth to work while sharing one vehicle. I’m glad that they were able to drive something right off of the lot. That will make things a lot easier for them, I’m sure.

I can’t wait until we get a car. I’d like one of those trucks like my aunt has. I’m not sure what it’s called, but it’s kind of like a mid to large size SUV. It’s cute! She just got it a few weeks ago after crashing her other truck. SMH. That thing was not cheap. That’s the only reason I’d rather have a car instead of a truck. The truck accessories probably cost a lot more.

Where Are The Cleansers??

I’ve been having such a hard time finding a good face cleanser. I received some trial size samples a few months ago and I liked the products so I wanted to buy some more. No luck. I’m not sure if it’s just that the places where I shop don’t have them, or if they just can’t be found. I think that’s such a tease. They get me hooked on their products and then disappear!

I really want to get a gentle face cleanser that works as an exfoliator. I usually have pretty good skin but lately it’s been looking a little rough. I have two huge pimples on my face right now. It’s really embarrassing because one is right by my nose and the other is really close to that. So you can’t see one without seeing the other. Ugh. Maybe I should be worried about acne cleanser instead of regular face cleanser. Or maybe if I had the face cleanser I wouldn’t have these pimples in the first place. Hmmmm.

More Computer Problems

Something is really wrong with my mom’s computer and I have no idea how to fix it. I’ve been trying to do PC restore, but because the computer is an older model it’s hard to find reliable tutorials that can properly explain how I should go about the process. I wish I would have upgraded that XP operating system to Vista when I had the chance. Another problem I’m having with the computer is that it wont connect to the Internet. I have one of those USB router things attached to it, but the computer doesn’t seem to recognize it. The main wireless router is in my room and I use one of those little USB router things for my mom. It was working just fine before I tried to do PC restore. I might have to just buy a new one.

I’m starting to think it would just be easier to buy a new computer and wireless router. Even if I do PC restore there is no guarantee that everything will work properly. If I can find a deal on a computer I may consider buying one early next year. I should also try pricing a Linksys router to see which kind of wireless router I should buy.
