Natural and Organic Products

Since I’ve become obsessed with natural hair I’ve been buying tons of natural products to make my own hair creams. I bought a pound each of raw Shea, African and cocoa butter, as well as natural and essential oils. Since I’ve been making homemade hair products my hair has been much healthier and softer. I haven’t perfected anything yet, but I really like what I’ve created. I also bought a pound of African black soap to use on my hair and skin.

Organic African black soap is so awesome. It’s great for facial imperfections. I really want to try the mango African soap to make homemade shampoo. I wash my hair with my bar of African black soap, but that can be difficult at times. I think it will be so much better to make liquid soap from it. Honestly, if you have bad skin and blemishes, or you just want a natural soap, order or pick up some Organic African black soap. You won’t regret it. Make sure it’s organic though. It should resemble the picture below. It’s not actually the color black.

Comfort First

I generally consider myself to be a girly-girl because I wear dresses almost every day and the color pink is my absolute favorite, but I realize that besides that, I really don’t act very “girly.” Although I wear dresses daily, I sit more like a guy than a girl. And I hate wearing heels! No stilettos for me! I love my flats or low heel shoes. Actually, I really don’t even like wearing dresses. I just wear them because they’re cute, convenient and take less space in my closet.

My ideal wardrobe would probably consist of baggy sweatpants, mens graphic t shirts and flip-flops. That to me screams comfort. I think men’s t-shirts are so much more comfortable than women’s. Plus you can make all kinds of statements with your t-shirts. That’s my favorite part.

Saving With Kohls Coupons

Since June is here and summer is right around the corner, I have been looking for some summer dresses to buy my Goddaughter as a surprise. I’ve checked a few websites online and have come across some really cute things. I even checked the Kohls website after visiting a website that offers Kohls coupon codes. To be honest, I have never shopped at Kohls before and never really thought about doing so, but after seeing some Kohls coupons that will save me money on the dresses and the shipping, I became interested!

I have been using coupons to shop online for a long time and I always save money. Just last week I saved $20 on five shirts that I bought my mom. If you are shopping online without using coupons you are really missing out!

Buyer’s Remorse

I’m such a responsible person. I work so hard but I almost never spend my money on myself. In fact, I always feel guilty when I do spend my money on myself. Every time I buy myself something, no matter how cheap it is I always have buyer’s remorse. I’m not sure what’s wrong with me. I don’t know if I’m just too worried about finances or if I feel as if I don’t deserve nice things.

My mother always encourages me to by myself nice things from time to time since I love buying her and my Goddaughter things, but I still feel weird. If my Goddaughter asked me tomorrow to buy her a Sony PSP I would, but I would feel guilty if I bought myself a new robe (which I can really use)! I need help! LOL
