My Stores Rundown

I’ve received feedback on my “The Way Stores Get You” posts and I’m glad people find these useful. I like to do things like this from time to time because I read a lot of things online and sometimes I agree and sometimes I don’t, but it’s nice to be able to give your own opinion. So I like to put my own spin on things that I see online or in the newspaper. I think it’s a better way to give feedback them just linking to some story online, because I never really agree with any story completely. I’ll pick up on my list soon.

Being Cheap Costs More!

I’ve been going through all of this drama trying to get SongCry renewed. Don’t buy a domain that you intend to keep more than a year from a company that looks like it might not be around for more than a year. I bought it from Echolima, being cheap, trying to save $2 off of GoDaddy’s price, now Echolima has packed up and left me a head ache to deal with. I’m gonna get that site back up though. I have everything all worked out. Just gotta wait for Enom to release the domain to GoDaddy. That might take a while. Ugh.

Mandisa had a bad day Haha. I love that song. Sucks for her though. She did not deserve to go.

Crazy Americans

How the hell y’all gonna vote off John Legend and keep chicken little? That’s insane. I’m gonna make sure my little cousin stalks the phones and votes for my top 5 (Chris, Ace, Lisa, Paris and Mandisa). I don’t want to see any more Idol injustices. Hehe. OK, it’s not THAT serious, but still.

I think I’m gonna like the new season of Top Model. I already have a few favorites. I really like Jade. For some reason it feels like I’ve seen her before. She’s kinda bitchy so I don’t think she’ll last long. Oh well.

I have food poisoning. Man. my stomach is raw. I got my hands on some bad chef’s salad. Yikes. See what happens when you try to diet. Speaking of, I’m starting a diet. I’m gonna do a diet log for my site so that I can keep track of what I’m doing wrong. Maybe that will motivate my chunky butt. Har har. I’m slow.

Ohhh, I made a new layout! I’m in love with it. It’s the first layout I’ve ever loved. It took forever to make, but it was worth it. I’m sure I’ll hate it by the time I put it up. I think I might put it up soon though, because I’m tired of staring at this layout and my mug.

Anyhoo, I’m gonna go watch CSI with my momma. She’s been really sick and in bed all day, but she decided to get up for a while to watch that and Idol with me. I love my momma.
