I’m Over The Snow…
February 19th, 2010 Posted 11:17 am
It’s a mess around my neighborhood. The other day it snowed and it left about another few inches on the ground. People are kind of tacky and they don’t clean up their property properly, so a lot of that snow has turned to ice now that the temperature has dropped. That’s what I hate most about snow. It’s pretty when it first starts falling and landing, but then the reality starts setting in. Pretty white snow turns into dirty white snow, then dirty white snow turns into dangerous sheets of ice, which later melt and create huge puddles and flooding. I hate snow!! I want out of New Jersey now. I need to find some Outer banks foreclosures that are for sale. North Carolina sounds a lot better than New Jersey!

A Place In Pennsylvania…
January 23rd, 2010 Posted 10:31 pm
One of the places that I would love to move to most is Pennsylvania. I’m not sure why, but I’ve always wanted to live there. My Goddaughter currently lives there with her mom (my cousin), so it would be great to move closer to her. Where I live in New Jersey really isn’t too far from Pennsylvania so I could move there and still be close to my family that lives here. I don’t think I’d want to live in the same city as my Goddaughter. She lives in a very secluded place where you have to drive if you want to get around. That means I’ll have to learn to drive or stay home all of the time. Blah.
I would like to move to a part of Pennsylvania that has more things going on, but not somewhere known to have a lot of congestion. Maybe a town that’s in between her town and Philadelphia. That would be cool. I’m sure a Philadelphia job search would be a lot easier than a job search in the town she lives. That town doesn’t look like it gets much business of any kind.
No Ball For Me!
December 12th, 2009 Posted 11:02 pm
I can’t believe that the new year is only about three short weeks away. That’s so crazy! I can’t believe how fast this year went by. I didn’t accomplish many things this year, but there’s always next year, I hope. I’m not planning on doing anything for New Year’s Eve. I may not even watch the ball drop. I’m just over all of that stuff. I’m more concerned with accomplishing the goals that I have set out for myself. Hopefully I can do that this year. I’ve never really celebrated the new year in typical fashion. Most of the time I spend it at home where it’s safe! You know folks act crazy during that night. Maybe I’ll get the chance to celebrate New Year’s Eve one of these days though.
I know a lot of people will be in Times Square, as usual. My friend wanted to book a new york vacation around that time so he could visit Times Square to see the ball drop. I told him that was a lame idea. I don’t find standing in the cold with a bunch of strangers very appealing. But maybe that’s just me!
Lame Saturday!
November 21st, 2009 Posted 11:22 pm
Today was such a boring Saturday! It’s the lamest Saturday that I’ve had in a really long time. I’m kind of surprised too, because the weekends are usually pretty eventful around here. But I guess after the crazy week that we had it’s nice that things are calm and quiet. I’m just sitting here enjoying the night. I think I may work on my website, draw, or watch some DVDs. Anything will be more fun than being online. There is nothing to do on here tonight. There’s really no interesting people on my buddy list to talk to either. I guess they’re all out enjoying their weekend.
I need to start having fun on the weekends. I don’t know when was the last time I went out on a Saturday night. I’m too young to have such a boring life! I need to go somewhere fun and do something exciting. Ugh!! I’d even settle for a Myrtle beach golf vacation right about now. And I don’t even know how to golf! Anything is better than being stuck in the house every weekend!
